Non-Trading Operations Regulations
Regulations governing account balances, deposit verification, withdrawal processing, security checks, and inactivity policies.
1 1. Scope
These Non-Trading Operations Regulations (the “Regulations”) govern all non-trading activities related to Client accounts on the Platform operated by ON SPOT GROUP LLC, including deposits, withdrawals, verification, security checks, account balances, inactivity, bonuses, transfers, and account closure.
These Regulations form an integral part of the Service Agreement and must be read together with the Payment Policy, the Rules of Trading Operations, the Risk Disclosure, and the Privacy Policy.
2 2. Deposits
The Client may deposit funds into their Account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, in accordance with the Payment Policy. Deposits are subject to the following conditions:
- Deposits must originate from a payment instrument held in the Client’s own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
- Deposits may be subject to minimum and maximum amounts, which are displayed on the Platform.
- Funds are credited to the Trading Balance after the deposit is confirmed by the payment provider. Confirmation times vary by payment method.
- The Company may require verification of the deposit, including proof of the payment method used, before crediting funds or permitting withdrawals.
- Deposits made in error, or deposits that cannot be verified, may be returned to the originating payment instrument.
The Client acknowledges that the Company is not a bank and that deposited funds are held for trading purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Deposited funds are not covered by any deposit protection or compensation scheme unless expressly stated otherwise.
3 3. Withdrawals
The Client may request a withdrawal of funds from their Trading Balance through the Platform, subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals can only be made to payment instruments registered in the Client’s own name.
- The Client’s account must be fully verified (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed, unless a lower limit applies under applicable law.
- Withdrawals may be subject to minimum and maximum amounts, processing fees, and processing times, all as displayed on the Platform and described in the Payment Policy.
- Where feasible, the Company processes withdrawals to the same payment method and account from which the original deposit was made.
- Processing times begin once the withdrawal request is approved, not when it is submitted, and may be extended during security reviews or verification checks.
- Funds that are reserved for open (unexpired) trades are not available for withdrawal until those trades are settled.
The Company may decline a withdrawal request, or reverse a processed withdrawal, where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, violation of this Agreement, or where the withdrawal would breach applicable law. The Client agrees to return any funds paid in such circumstances upon demand.
4 4. Verification & Know-Your-Customer (KYC)
To comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) regulations and to protect the integrity of the Platform, the Company applies KYC verification to all accounts. The Client agrees to provide, upon request:
- a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, national ID, or driver’s license);
- proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last six months);
- proof of ownership of the payment methods used (card photos with the first six and last four digits visible, or equivalent);
- proof of the source of funds where required, and any other documents reasonably requested.
Verification is typically completed within a few business days of receiving complete documentation. Until verification is complete, the Company may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or trading activity. Documents must remain valid; expired documents must be renewed promptly.
The Company may use third-party identity verification and screening providers. Personal data provided for verification is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5 5. Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorist Financing
The Company is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. In furtherance of this commitment, the Company may:
- screen Clients and transactions against sanctions lists, politically exposed person (PEP) databases, and other watchlists;
- monitor transactions and trading patterns for unusual or suspicious activity;
- freeze or block transactions pending investigation;
- refuse to process deposits or withdrawals, close accounts, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, without prior notice and without liability, where required or permitted by law.
The Client acknowledges that the Company may be required by law to report suspicious transactions to financial intelligence units and that such reporting will occur without notice to the Client where disclosure is prohibited.
6 6. Security Checks
To protect the Client and the Platform, the Company may conduct security checks on accounts, including verification of identity, payment instruments, device and IP information, and transaction history. Such checks may be triggered by:
- large or unusual transactions;
- access from unusual locations or devices;
- changes to account details;
- attempts to withdraw shortly after deposit without meaningful trading activity;
- reported compromise of payment instruments or credentials.
The Client agrees to cooperate fully with security checks and to provide any requested information or documentation within a reasonable period. Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending the outcome of a security check.
7 7. Account Balances
The Trading Balance displayed in the Client’s account is the authoritative record of available funds. The Company maintains records of all transactions affecting the balance.
- Balances may be adjusted to correct errors, reverse erroneous transactions, or implement determinations under the Rules of Trading Operations or these Regulations.
- If a balance becomes negative (e.g., due to chargeback or error correction), the Client must deposit sufficient funds to restore the balance to zero.
- No interest is paid on balances unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Balances are maintained in the account currency selected at registration or displayed on the Platform; currency conversion may apply to transactions.
8 8. Inactivity & Dormancy
An account is considered inactive if no login, trade, deposit, or withdrawal activity occurs for a period defined on the Platform or in the Service Agreement (typically ninety (90) days or more). The Company may:
- notify the Client of account inactivity;
- deduct an inactivity or maintenance fee from the Trading Balance, where such a fee is disclosed on the Platform and permitted by law; and/or
- after an extended period of inactivity, close the account and, where possible, return any remaining balance to the Client, less applicable fees.
The Client may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and contacting customer support. The Company will not charge inactivity fees where prohibited by applicable law.
9 9. Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, the Company may offer bonuses, promotions, or rewards (collectively, “Bonuses”). Each Bonus is governed by its own terms and conditions, which are provided at the time the Bonus is offered.
- Bonuses may be subject to trading volume requirements, time limits, maximum withdrawal amounts, and other conditions.
- Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts, self-referral, or arbitraging bonus terms — is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any profits derived from it.
- The Company may cancel, revoke, or amend any Bonus at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.
- Unless stated otherwise, the Client may request withdrawal of their own deposited funds even if a Bonus is not yet eligible for withdrawal, subject to the terms of the specific Bonus.
10 10. Internal Transfers
Where the Platform offers internal transfers (for example, between the Client’s own trading accounts or to a designated trading balance), such transfers are subject to the conditions displayed on the Platform. Internal transfers between different Clients’ accounts are not permitted, and funds transferred in error may be reversed.
11 11. Account Closure
The Client may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all open trades must be settled or closed, and any outstanding obligations settled. The remaining balance will be returned to the Client in accordance with the Payment Policy, less any applicable fees.
The Company may close a Client’s account in accordance with the Service Agreement, including for breach of these Regulations or the Agreement, suspicion of fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Upon closure, the Client’s access to the Platform ceases, and any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to verification.
12 12. Complaints & Disputes
Complaints regarding non-trading operations should be submitted to customer support, including all relevant details and evidence. The Company will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within a reasonable period, typically no more than thirty (30) days.
If the Client is not satisfied with the resolution, the dispute resolution provisions of the Service Agreement apply. Nothing in these Regulations limits the Client’s rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
