GATEWAY PROCESSING & REFUND FRAMEWORK

Payment Policy

Procedures for card payments, cryptocurrency transactions, electronic wallets, AML checks, dispute resolution, and chargeback prevention.

Version 1.0 Effective: January 1, 2026 ON SPOT GROUP LLC

1 1. Scope

This Payment Policy describes how deposits and withdrawals are processed on the Platform operated by ON SPOT GROUP LLC, the payment methods accepted, applicable fees, processing times, currency handling, refund and chargeback procedures, and related matters.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Service Agreement and must be read together with the Non-Trading Operations Regulations. In the event of any conflict, the Service Agreement prevails unless this Policy expressly provides otherwise.

2 2. Accepted Payment Methods

The Company accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods displayed on the Platform, which may include:

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and other card networks where supported;
  • Cryptocurrency: deposits and, where supported, withdrawals in digital assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other listed tokens;
  • E-wallets: electronic wallets and payment services where supported;
  • Bank Transfer: wire transfers and SEPA/ACH transfers where supported.

The availability of payment methods varies by Client location and account status. The Company may add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time. Payment methods are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service providers.

3 3. Deposit Processing

Deposits are initiated by the Client through the Platform and processed by the selected payment provider. The timing of crediting depends on the payment method:

  • Cards and e-wallets: typically credited within minutes of provider confirmation.
  • Cryptocurrency: credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations, which varies by network.
  • Bank transfers: may take several business days depending on the originating and receiving banks.

If the Company does not receive the deposit within a reasonable period, the Client should contact customer support. Deposits received for an account that is under review may be credited but held pending verification.

4 4. Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the following stages:

  • Request: the Client submits a withdrawal request through the Platform, selecting the payment method and amount.
  • Review: the Company verifies the request, including identity, payment method ownership, and compliance checks.
  • Approval: upon passing review, the request is approved and submitted to the payment provider.
  • Delivery: the funds are delivered to the Client’s chosen payment instrument. Delivery times vary by method (typically 1–5 business days for cards and e-wallets, longer for bank transfers).

Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. Where that is not possible, the Company may offer alternative withdrawal methods, subject to verification.

The Company does not charge a withdrawal fee unless disclosed on the Platform before the request is submitted. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees or currency conversion charges.

5 5. Fees & Charges

The following fees may apply to payment transactions:

  • Deposit fees: the Company does not charge deposit fees for most methods; any provider-applied fees are disclosed before confirmation.
  • Withdrawal fees: any withdrawal fee is displayed on the Platform before the request is submitted and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
  • Currency conversion: where a transaction involves a currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion margin or fee will apply.
  • Chargeback fees: the Company may charge a fee for each chargeback or disputed transaction, up to the amount permitted by law, to cover processing and administrative costs.

6 6. Currency Conversion

Accounts are denominated in the currency displayed on the Platform. If a deposit or withdrawal is made in a different currency, the funds will be converted at the exchange rate applied by the Company or the payment provider at the time of the transaction.

Exchange rates fluctuate and the Company does not guarantee any particular rate. Any conversion spread, margin, or fee is disclosed where required before the transaction is completed.

7 7. Payment Verification

To comply with AML/CFT regulations and to prevent fraud, the Company may require the Client to verify payment instruments used on the Platform. This may include providing a photo of the card (showing only the first six and last four digits), a bank statement, a screenshot of the e-wallet, or a blockchain transaction record.

Payment verification must be completed before withdrawals are processed to the corresponding instrument. Requests that cannot be verified may be declined, and the funds may be returned to the account balance or to the originating instrument.

8 8. AML Screening of Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to automated and manual AML screening. Transactions may be blocked, delayed, or reversed where they trigger risk indicators, such as:

  • matches against sanctions or watchlists;
  • structuring (splitting transactions to avoid thresholds);
  • rapid deposit-and-withdraw patterns inconsistent with trading;
  • involvement of third-party payment instruments.

The Company may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and will not notify the Client where disclosure is prohibited by law.

9 9. Refunds & Chargebacks

Funds deposited into an account are used for trading and are not refundable except as provided in this Policy, the Service Agreement, or as required by applicable law. A Client seeking a refund of funds not yet used for trading should contact customer support; such refunds are processed after verification and in accordance with the withdrawal provisions of this Policy.

The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals for legitimate transactions made on the Platform. If a Client initiates a chargeback:

  • the Company may suspend or close the Client’s account;
  • the reversed amount, plus any chargeback fees, will be deducted from the Trading Balance;
  • if the balance is insufficient, the Client must reimburse the Company for the shortfall;
  • the Company may dispute the chargeback with the payment provider and pursue recovery through the applicable dispute process.

10 10. Failed Transactions

Payment transactions may fail for various reasons, including insufficient funds, expired cards, incorrect details, provider rejection, network issues, or fraud flags. Failed deposits are not credited to the Trading Balance; any funds debited by the provider will be returned to the Client’s payment instrument in accordance with the provider’s processes.

If a withdrawal fails after approval, the funds are returned to the Trading Balance and the Client will be notified. The Client may then resubmit the request or select an alternative method.

11 11. Payment Security

Payment transactions are processed by regulated payment service providers using industry-standard encryption and security protocols (including PCI DSS compliance where applicable). The Company does not store full card numbers or card security codes on its systems.

The Client should keep payment instruments secure and report any unauthorized use of a card or account immediately to the card issuer and to the Company. Where a payment is found to be unauthorized, the Company will cooperate with the payment provider and card network in their investigation.

12 12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes regarding deposits, withdrawals, or other payment matters should be submitted to customer support with all relevant details and evidence. The Company will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within a reasonable period, typically no more than thirty (30) days.

If the dispute concerns a payment processed by a third-party provider, the Company may refer the Client to the provider’s own dispute process. The dispute resolution provisions of the Service Agreement apply to any unresolved disputes.

13 13. Changes to This Policy

The Company may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in payment providers, fees, regulatory requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform’s payment services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
