Risk Disclosure
Detailed warning concerning the financial risks of trading digital options, leveraged forex pairs, and volatile market derivatives.
Trading on the Platform involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. This Risk Disclosure is provided to help you understand the risks involved and must be read in conjunction with the Service Agreement and the Rules of Trading Operations. You should not deposit or trade with funds that you cannot afford to lose.
1 1. Nature of Trading on the Platform
The Platform provides access to Digital Options and other derivative instruments across forex pairs, cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, and commodities. Digital Options are short-term, all-or-nothing contracts: depending on the option type, you either receive a predefined payout if the market condition is met at expiration, or you lose the entire amount invested in that trade.
Trading in these instruments is speculative in nature. The value of your investment can move rapidly and dramatically in either direction, and you may lose the entirety of the funds you allocate to any individual trade. There is no guarantee that any trade will result in a profit.
2 2. General Risk Warning
Trading Forex and leveraged financial instruments involves significant risk and can result in the loss of your invested capital. You should not invest more than you can afford to lose and should ensure that you fully understand the risks involved.
Trading leveraged products may not be suitable for all investors. Trading non-leveraged products such as stocks also involves risk, as the value of a stock can fall as well as rise, which could mean getting back less than you originally put in. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
Before trading, please take into consideration your level of experience, investment objectives, and financial situation, and seek independent financial advice if necessary. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether you are permitted to use the services of the TX-Broker brand based on the legal requirements in your country of residence.
3 3. Risk of Losing Your Capital
Because Digital Options are all-or-nothing instruments, you may lose 100% of the amount invested in any given trade. A sequence of losing trades can result in the rapid depletion of your Trading Balance.
- You may lose all funds deposited into your account.
- You should never trade with funds you need for essential living expenses, debt repayment, or emergencies.
- You should never trade with borrowed money or money belonging to others.
- Losses can accumulate quickly, particularly when trading short-term expiries in volatile markets.
4 4. Leverage Risk
Some instruments offered on the Platform, including certain forex pairs and CFDs, may be traded with leverage. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses: a relatively small adverse market movement can result in losses that significantly exceed your initial margin.
With leveraged products, it is possible to lose more than your initial deposit. You should carefully consider whether leveraged trading is appropriate given your experience, objectives, and financial resources.
5 5. Market Volatility Risk
Financial markets can be extremely volatile. Prices of currencies, cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, and commodities can change rapidly in response to economic data releases, central bank announcements, geopolitical events, corporate earnings, natural disasters, and other factors.
High volatility can cause prices to move sharply in a short period, increasing the probability that your trades expire out of the money. Volatility may be particularly high around major news events and during market openings and closings.
6 6. Liquidity Risk
Certain markets may suffer from low liquidity, meaning that there may be few buyers and sellers at any given time. Low liquidity can lead to wider spreads, price gaps, slippage, and difficulty executing trades at the displayed price.
In illiquid conditions, the price at which a trade is opened or closed may differ from the last displayed market price. You may not be able to open or close a trade at the price you expect, or at all.
7 7. Digital Options — Specific Risks
Trading Digital Options exposes you to risks specific to this type of instrument:
- All-or-Nothing Outcome: unlike conventional options, there is no partial payout — an option either finishes in the money and pays the stated return, or finishes out of the money and loses the full investment.
- Short Expiry Horizons: options with very short expiries are highly sensitive to small price movements and noise, making outcomes difficult to predict.
- No Intrinsic Hedge: holding a digital option does not convey any ownership interest in the underlying asset, and you receive no dividends, interest, or other rights.
- Payout Asymmetry: a losing trade results in a 100% loss of the invested amount, while a winning trade typically pays a fixed percentage that may be less than 100%.
- Martingale Risk: strategies that increase position size after losses (e.g., doubling down) can exhaust your balance rapidly and are not recommended.
8 8. Cryptocurrency — Specific Risks
Cryptocurrencies are highly speculative digital assets with unique risk characteristics:
- Extreme Volatility: cryptocurrency prices frequently experience rapid and substantial movements, including double-digit percentage swings within hours.
- Regulatory Uncertainty: the legal and regulatory treatment of cryptocurrencies varies widely by jurisdiction and may change abruptly, affecting prices and availability.
- Market Manipulation: cryptocurrency markets are less regulated than traditional markets and may be susceptible to manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, and fraudulent activity.
- Technology Risk: blockchain networks can experience congestion, forks, hacks, or outages that affect the price and tradability of digital assets.
9 9. Technical & System Risks
Trading through electronic systems carries technical risks, including:
- Failures or delays in internet connections, hardware, or software on your side or on the Platform;
- Interruptions to power, telecommunications, or third-party market data feeds;
- Software errors, glitches, or defects in the trading interface;
- Denial-of-service attacks, hacking, or other malicious activity targeting the Platform;
- Latency or delays between the time you place an order and the time it is received and executed, particularly on short-expiry trades.
You are solely responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection and compatible device. Trades are executed based on the information received by our servers at the time of execution.
10 10. Communication & Information Risks
The Platform may provide market news, analysis, signals, charts, and other information from third parties or automated sources. Such information:
- is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice;

You should independently verify any information before acting on it and consider seeking advice from a qualified independent financial adviser.
11 11. Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results
Historical price data, past trades, back-tested strategies, and any performance figures displayed on the Platform or in marketing materials do not guarantee, and are not indicative of, future performance or results. Markets are dynamic, and past outcomes can be the product of specific conditions that may not recur.

You acknowledge that you have the necessary knowledge, experience, and financial resources to trade, that you are acting on your own judgment and at your own risk, and that trading on the Platform is only suitable if you fully understand and accept the risks described in this document.
