EXECUTION, PRICING & SETTLEMENT RULES

Rules of Trading Operations

Standard operating rules regarding order placements, expiration intervals, price quote feeds, payouts, and automated trade settlement.

Version 1.0 Effective: January 1, 2026 ON SPOT GROUP LLC

1 1. Scope & Application

These Rules of Trading Operations (the “Rules”) govern all trading activity conducted on the Platform operated by ON SPOT GROUP LLC. They apply to every Client and to every trade placed through the Platform, and form an integral part of the Service Agreement.

By placing a trade, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Rules and the Service Agreement, these Rules prevail with respect to trading operations, unless the Service Agreement expressly provides otherwise.

2 2. Tradable Assets & Trading Hours

The Platform offers Digital Options and other instruments across multiple asset classes, including forex pairs, cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, and commodities. The list of available assets, their display names, and their trading hours are shown on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Trading hours vary by asset class and market. When the underlying market is closed, or outside of the published trading hours for an asset, trading in that asset may be unavailable, restricted, or subject to different conditions. The Company may suspend trading in any asset at any time without prior notice if market conditions or technical circumstances require it.

3 3. Price Quotes & Execution

Price quotes displayed on the Platform are provided by the Company’s price feed, which aggregates data from third-party market data providers. Quotes are indicative and are provided for informational purposes.

  • Execution Price: trades are executed at the price displayed on the Platform at the moment the trade is confirmed by the Company’s systems. A quote shown before confirmation may change before execution.
  • Market Gaps: during periods of high volatility, the price at which a trade is executed may differ from the last displayed price (slippage).
  • Quote Suspension: the Company may temporarily suspend quotes or execution in an asset during periods of extreme volatility, illiquidity, or technical difficulty, and trades placed during such periods may be rejected.
  • Confirmation: a trade is deemed executed only once the Company’s systems confirm it. A displayed trade request does not constitute execution until confirmation is received.

4 4. Order Placement

To place a trade, the Client must:

  • select an available asset;
  • choose the direction of the trade (e.g., Up/Call or Down/Put) where applicable to the instrument;
  • select the expiration period (e.g., 60 seconds, 5 minutes, 1 hour, or other available intervals);
  • enter the trade amount, which must be within the minimum and maximum limits displayed for the asset; and
  • confirm the trade.

The Client’s Trading Balance must be sufficient to cover the trade amount at the moment of confirmation. If the available balance is insufficient, the trade will be rejected. The trade amount is deducted from the Trading Balance upon execution.

Once a trade is executed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or closed early, unless the Company expressly offers an early-close feature for the relevant instrument. Any such feature is subject to its own terms displayed on the Platform.

5 5. Expiration & Settlement

Every trade has a fixed expiration time. At expiration, the outcome of the trade is determined by comparing the settlement price of the underlying asset with the strike/entry price, in accordance with the option type selected:

  • Up/Call: profitable if the settlement price is higher than the entry price at expiration.
  • Down/Put: profitable if the settlement price is lower than the entry price at expiration.
  • Touch/No-Touch (where offered): profitable if the price does or does not reach a specified barrier before expiration, per the terms displayed.

Settlement is performed automatically by the Company’s systems. Winning trades are credited with the payout amount to the Trading Balance; losing trades result in the loss of the invested amount. Settlement generally occurs within seconds of expiration, though in exceptional circumstances it may be delayed.

6 6. Payouts & Returns

The payout percentage (return) for each asset and expiration is displayed on the Platform before the trade is placed. Payout percentages vary by asset, expiration period, and market conditions, and may change at any time.

The payout is calculated on the invested amount: Payout = Invested Amount × Payout Percentage. The full payout (invested amount plus return) is credited to the Trading Balance on a winning trade. No interest or other earnings accrue on funds held in the Trading Balance.

7 7. Trading Balance & Margins

The Trading Balance represents the funds available in the Client’s Account. Funds are available for trading and withdrawal subject to the Non-Trading Operations Regulations and the Payment Policy.

  • Trades cannot be placed for an amount exceeding the available Trading Balance.
  • Funds allocated to open (unexpired) trades are reserved until settlement.
  • If a Client’s Trading Balance reaches zero, no further trades can be placed until additional funds are deposited.
  • The Company may impose per-trade minimum and maximum amounts, which are displayed on the Platform and may vary by asset.

8 8. Abnormal Market Conditions

Abnormal market conditions include, but are not limited to: extreme volatility, market closures, suspension of trading in an underlying market, absence of or corrupted price feeds, force majeure events, and any circumstance in which the Company reasonably considers that it cannot provide fair and reliable pricing.

In such conditions, the Company may, at its sole discretion and without liability:

  • suspend or restrict trading in one or more assets;
  • delay the determination of settlement prices;
  • settle open trades at a reasonable price determined in good faith from available market data; or
  • void trades opened during the abnormal period.

9 9. Erroneous Trades

An erroneous trade includes any trade executed at an obviously incorrect price, as a result of a system error, data feed error, misquote, or any trade placed by the Client as a result of a manifest error, malfunction, or fraud.

The Company reserves the right to void, adjust, or reverse any erroneous trade, including trades that were profitable for the Client, and to make such corrections to the Trading Balance as are necessary to restore the position that would have existed absent the error. The Client agrees to cooperate with any such correction.

10 10. Manipulation & Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Rules:

  • using automated trading software, bots, or scripts in a manner that abuses the Platform or exploits system vulnerabilities;
  • engaging in wash trading, arbitrage exploitation of system errors, or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profits at the Company’s expense;
  • coordinated trading between accounts, or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse bonuses;
  • market manipulation or attempted manipulation of prices or the price feed;
  • any other activity that the Company, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or intended to gain an unfair advantage.

Where the Company determines that manipulation or abuse has occurred, it may void trades, confiscate profits derived from such activity, suspend or close accounts, and report the activity to relevant authorities. Any decision by the Company in this regard is final and binding, subject to applicable law.

11 11. Trade Disputes

If the Client believes a trade was executed or settled incorrectly, the Client should contact customer support within seven (7) days of the trade’s settlement, providing the trade details and any relevant evidence.

The Company will investigate the dispute using its transaction logs, price feed records, and other system data, which shall be considered the authoritative record. The Company will respond with its determination within a reasonable period. If the Client is not satisfied with the outcome, the dispute resolution provisions of the Service Agreement apply.

12 12. Changes to These Rules

The Company may amend these Rules at any time to reflect changes in the services, market conditions, or applicable regulations. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the trading services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the amended Rules.
